Delhi University (DU) Admission 2018 Application Form

Delhi University conducts its entrance examination for admission of candidates in various Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate level programs offered at the University. It is a University level examination which gets conducted every year by the University officials. Candidates who wants to study in the University are required to clear the entrance exam and also some admissions are done based on the marks scored by candidates in previously qualified examination. University of Delhi also works as a public central collegiate University in India, which also provides admission in Doctoral level programs.

The application form will be released in online mode at the official website of the University around 4th week of month of April 2018. Candidates can check the sections below to have an idea regarding the exam application and the dates. A separate date schedule will be released for admissions based on entrance exam and admissions based on merit list for Under-Graduate level programs.

DU Admission 2018 Exam dates-

No official dates have been yet released by the Delhi University. The official dates of the admission process for 2018 exam will be available on the official website of the University . A few tentative dates are-

DU Admission 2018 Application form

The candidates applying for the exam have to first register them on the official homepage of the University website in order to get the link of the Application form. The Application will be available to download from the link generated afterward.

  • The students must follow the assigned terms and condition as well as all the instructions released by the University regarding the exam carefully before proceeding toward the form filling process.
  • The information Brochure has to be downloaded and printed to be sent along with the duly filled Applications to the University.
  • The application form for the entrance examination is available only in online mode. Candidates can apply for more than 2 courses, for which a separate application fee has to be submitted for each course.
  • An application fee of Rs 500 per course has been assigned for General and OBC category candidates and Rs 250 for SC/ST/PWD category candidates.
  • Fill all the details asked in the application form like name, address, contact information, parent’s information, etc.

The Application fee of Rs 500/250 required to be paid through online mode by debit card, credit card or net-banking facility. Enter your card details in the payment page provided, where there will be a separate box given for each option to be entered from your card.

The Timetable for IIT JEE preparation:

Why create an IIT JEE Timetable?

Like it has always been said that half of the battle is already one if you start well. And candidates should keep this fact in mind that starting as early as possible for IIT JEE preparation is only going to help. At this point of time candidates can decide whether to get serious or stay entertained. The best time for candidates to start formulating their IIT JEE preparation strategy is in that two month gap which we get after their class 10th board examinations. There could be flexibility in the timetable here and there according to the candidates wish, But a candidate should make sure that the mean concept of the timetable should remain unaltered. The basic aim should be for a candidate to study for at least 10 to 12 hours in a day. We are pretty much aware of the fact that 10 to 12 hours of study in a day with hundred percent efficiency is next to impossible but it’s worth giving it a shot.

This timetable is not a necessary fool-proof plan to getting good marks for sure but yes, giving it a shot is definitely worth it. There is no such thing as a fixed plan when it comes to IIT JEE.
